Smiles On Demand

Wesley has learned (kind of) how to smile on purpose. We can say, "Smile, Wesley!" and he usually will make some kind of face that resembles a smile. I love the ones where he gets all squinty-eyed!

That's a great skill! He looks sooo handsome! Actually, he looks like Mommy in the last picture where his eyes are smiling too.

2-14-18

Ethan: "Happy Valentine's Day, Mommy!"

Mom: "Thank you! Will you be my Valentine today?"

Ethan: "No. I'm your son."

Mommy: "It's whipped cream. I'm going to put it on your pancakes." (It's Christmas break...whipped cream goes on everything, right?)

(Holly is his "girlfriend" at preschool. He is quite smitten by her!)

Wesley: "How about Spaghetti? I think that would be a good name because it can be for a boy or a girl. Don't you?"

Wesley: "Well, yeah, Mommy. But it's okay because you'll still love me."

Mommy: "I'm sorry, but we don't have any cows in the front yard."
Wesley: "Baaaa?"
