Back to School

Well, I start back to work this week, which means we'll all be on more of a schedule around here. That also means we'll all be a lot busier! I know Wesley will do better once we're back in a routine too. We're creatures of habit up here in Woodland! :) I won't have as much time to blog as I've had all summer, so I'm going to try to get all caught up before school starts. Translation: here come a lot of new posts in a short amount of time! Enjoy!

Ethan: "Happy Valentine's Day, Mommy!"

Mom: "Thank you! Will you be my Valentine today?"

Ethan: "No. I'm your son."

Mommy: "It's whipped cream. I'm going to put it on your pancakes." (It's Christmas break...whipped cream goes on everything, right?)

(Holly is his "girlfriend" at preschool. He is quite smitten by her!)

Wesley: "How about Spaghetti? I think that would be a good name because it can be for a boy or a girl. Don't you?"

Mommy: "You will?"
Wesley: "Well, yeah, Mommy. But it's okay because you'll still love me."

Wesley: "Mommy, a B says ba. Like it's ba-cold outside today."

(I think he's confusing Woodland with Riverdale!)
Mommy: "I'm sorry, but we don't have any cows in the front yard."
Wesley: "Baaaa?"
