Bubble Blowing Mastered!

Oma and Opa introduced Wesley to bubbles quite a while ago, but he wasn't very successful. He mostly swallowed a lot of soap! I think Grandma and Poppy tried to teach Wesley the right technique once too. Well, today he finally figured it all out! Yay for Wesley!

Dipping the wand very carefully. He never spilled a drop!

Bubbles! He managed to hold the wand himself (away from his lips) and blow bubbles, all without ingesting a ton of soap!

And look how proud he is of his accomplishment!

Yes, he had to hold his sippy cup the entire time. I have no idea why, but it never left his side. Maybe blowing all those bubbles made him thirsty!

Yay for Wesley! After two sets of Grandparents giving lessons, and only once each, he got it! What a smart, smart boy!!! ...and with a good memory. That was several weeks ago that we did bubbles.
