Bubbles Take 2

After all that frosting and cookie eating, Wesley needed to run around the block a few times. We ended with some more bubbles in backyard. I love his thrilled expressions in these photos! He also looks pretty darn cute in those jeans and vest.

How handsome is he in that vest and jeans outfit?!!!! He looks so proud of himself at becoming a master of bubble blowing! Hahahahaha. Adorable. What a little man!

2-14-18

Ethan: "Happy Valentine's Day, Mommy!"

Mom: "Thank you! Will you be my Valentine today?"

Ethan: "No. I'm your son."

Mommy: "It's whipped cream. I'm going to put it on your pancakes." (It's Christmas break...whipped cream goes on everything, right?)

Wesley: "Now you be responsible with these toys while I go finish my homework."

(Holly is his "girlfriend" at preschool. He is quite smitten by her!)

Wesley: "How about Spaghetti? I think that would be a good name because it can be for a boy or a girl. Don't you?"

Mommy: "You will?"
Wesley: "Well, yeah, Mommy. But it's okay because you'll still love me."

Wesley: "Ummm...I do not think I'm tired. I can't even close my eyes. See? (he squints) It hurts when I close them."

Wesley: "Mommy, a B says ba. Like it's ba-cold outside today."

(I think he's confusing Woodland with Riverdale!)
Mommy: "I'm sorry, but we don't have any cows in the front yard."
Wesley: "Baaaa?"
