More Soup, Please!

I made a black bean soup for dinner a few nights ago and Wesley gobbled it up! He's not as picky as he used to be, but there are still plenty of foods he won't touch. That's why I was so surprised when he ate three helpings of this soup! The cheese on top probably didn't hurt. :) It's full of vegetables too, so I was more than happy to oblige each request for more.

It is so fun to watch Wesley eat. He makes everything look so yummy! It's a good thing he was wearing a bib for that brown like a bear bean soup!

(Holly is his "girlfriend" at preschool. He is quite smitten by her!)

Wesley: "How about Spaghetti? I think that would be a good name because it can be for a boy or a girl. Don't you?"

Wesley: "Mommy, a B says ba. Like it's ba-cold outside today."

Mommy: "I'm sorry, but we don't have any cows in the front yard."
