18 Months Old

Wesley is now a year and a half old, and I can't believe it! He had his 18 month check up this week with Dr. Kim in Davis. He is 33 1/2 inches tall and weighs just under 30 lbs. That puts him in the 75th percentile for height and 90th percentile for weight. That's about where he's always been, so that means he's growing just right! He's on track with all of his verbal and motor skills too. Way to go, Wesley! He can say (versions of) mommy, daddy, banana, ball, outside, more, help, no, please, uh oh, moo, baa, woof, cheese, down, hot, cold, hi, and bye bye. He can stack blocks, sort toys, and even pretend a little. He can eat with a fork and spoon (when he wants to) and eats a whole sandwich for lunch, crust and all. No wonder he's growing so well...
We love you, Wesley Boy!

  1. That report just brought tears to my eyes. They are tears of happiness, but wow, to read how he has grown, and all he is doing, it seems it has all gone by so fast! Say, you need to add Papa to the list of words he is saying, AND I still have the recording on my message machine of him clearly saying Grandma, so I'm counting that too, by golly! Does he say Oma, and Opa? Such a smart boy! We love too, Wesley Boy!
